Speaker Bio:

While serving on the Assembly, Kevin Cross played a key role in implementing significant code changes, including permitting ADUs, amending parking and lot size requirements, and allowing third-party plan reviews, and amending open space requirements among others. His efforts have contributed to making housing development more accessible. Kevin remains actively engaged in legislation, with additional updates to Title 21 currently in progress.
